Nature Stroll

My good friend Andrea called me up and asked me to take her around and teach her how to use her new Canon Rebel camera. I thought this was a great idea and would allow me to photograph nature instead of people which is what I've become accustomed to. Fortunately my friend lives close to the Marsh so we were able to capture a lot of different types of nature shots. This actually makes me want to use the Marsh as a possible session location.

We had an awesome girls afternoon playing around with our cameras. I taught Andrea how to shoot using manual controls and how to achieve wide and shallow depth of field. I hope she had as much fun as I did. Enjoy these images from our day.
